  1. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    Dogs and Cats, two pets per apartment, no more than 80 lbs at full growth. NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS. No exotic pets.
  2. How many pets may I have?
    2 pets per apartment.
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    No deposit, however a $500 non-refundable pet fee.
  4. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    A valid government issued ID.
  5. What are your fees and monthly charges?
    1-bedroom deposit $750 2-bedroom deposit $1000 3-bedroom deposit $1250 with approved credit, $350 non-refundable redecorating fee, $85 application fee per person over 18.
  6. What are the income and credit qualifications?
    We run a credit and criminal background check through Safe Rent, need 3 to 6 pay stubs depending on how they are paid- weekly, or bi weekly. Tax return, or letter from employer on original letterhead, NO WORD DOCS.
  7. What is acceptable proof of income to sign a lease?
    Pay stubs, last year's tax return, and/or original letter from employer letter of offer.
  8. What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
    Then the roommate will not be able to move in, and they get another roommate or they qualify on their own.
  9. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    As long as there are no damages at move out.
  10. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    Yes, however, penalty fees apply.
  11. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Yes, only 3 months plus $200 on top of market rent.
  12. What utilities are included in my lease?
  13. How long is the term of the lease?
    7-12 months, anything less than 12 months additional $150 short term rental.

  15. Am I required to have renters insurance?

  18. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    Contact the office via phone, visit or complete online through property website.
  19. When is my rent payment due?
    The 1st of each month.
  20. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    The 4th of each month.
  21. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
  22. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
  23. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Yes, no more than 14 days per lease.
  24. Do you have reserved parking?
  25. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    Yes - in a vehicle parking space.
  26. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
  27. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
  28. Do you have cable services?
    Yes, but resident is responsible for it.
  29. Does the property have a fitness center?
  30. Does the property have a swimming pool?
  31. Does the property offer on-site recycling?
  32. Are gas grills permitted at your property?
  33. Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
  34. Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
    Management approval only and must be returned to original color prior to move out.
  35. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

    We have private patios on 1st floor, roof top deck, and bark park.
